Chef, Hernan Griccini
Executive Chef Hernan Griccini helms the kitchen of Amalia, the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in the Lennox Hotel Miami Beach. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, the Argentina native has worked in some of the world's most acclaimed kitchens.
In 2021, Griccini joined the team at Lennox Hotel Miami Beach as Executive Chef of Amalia. In his current role, Griccini taps into his experience and extensive knowledge in various cuisines to execute the creative culinary vision for the restaurant. At Amalia, the chef focuses on a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu that melds Mediterranean cuisine with the flavors of Latin America.
